Training for Under 16s
Coaching for players under 16.
Wimborne · Poole · Bournemouth
Small groups
Train with 1 to 3 friends or teammates, or train on your own and we'll find you a partner. Every session is built around the players, their positions and what they want to work on.
Floodlit 3G
Sessions are on the floodlit 3G pitch at Corfe Hills School, Broadstone, so they go ahead whatever the weather.
Safe and supported
Dave is DBS checked, safeguarding trained, first aid qualified and insured, and works to our published safeguarding policy.
The next step
From youth football
into the adult game
Some of the players we coach are 16 and have just made the move up. Stepping into adult football is a bigger jump than people expect — faster, more physical, less time on the ball — and having coaching of your own through it makes the difference.
Dave builds each session around where the player is now: their position, what they want to work on, and what their new team will ask of them.

What a session looks like
Planned, focused,
honest
Dave plans every session in advance around a theme, so the hour is spent on the parts of the game that will actually show up in a match — a proper warm-up, practices that work on the focus, and small-sided play to test it at real speed.
Expect clear feedback on what's working and what to fix, and leave knowing exactly what to work on next.
